Dulya, Sosigian, Adamson Help Moniteau Baseball Grab South Carolina Victory

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (D9Sports) — Andrew Dulya hit a three-run home run and Nick Sosigian and Josh Adamson combined for five hits to lead Moniteau to a 6-3 win over Fairbanks (Ohio) at the Ripken Baseball Experience in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Dulya’s second-inning blast gave the Warriors a 4-1 lead.

Sosigian, meanwhile, was 3-for-4 with a run scored with Adamson going 2-for-3 with a triple, a run scored and an RBI.

Derek Brown, the second of four Moniteau pitchers, got the win throwing an inning of scoreless relief. Lee DeMatteis (2 IP, 2 hits, 2 runs, 1 BB) and Nathan Sosigian (3 IP, 1 hit, 2 BB, 3 Ks) pitched multiple innings for the Warriors.
