Union’s Bowser Finishes Third in D9 Boys’ Hoops Scoring

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (D9Sports) — Union junior Lucas Bowser closed out the 2017 basketball season tied for third in scoring in District 9 boys’ basketball.

Bowser averaged 19.1 points per game tied with DuBois’ Nick LaBrasca for third. He will enter his senior season with 1,013 career points.

Moniteau’s Lake Pry led the district in scoring at 22.6 ppg, while two additional KSAC players were also in the Top 10.

Clarion-Limestone’s Dan Callen finished fifth averaging 18.9 ppg, while Forest Area’s Seth Berlin was tied for seventh with Kane’s Andrew Bucheit at 18.3 ppg.
