MARIENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — East Forest School recently held its annual Title 1 Snack and Read Family Reading Event.

Families and community members came together to enjoy many literary events and displays. Students presented a Reader’s Theater and P-K and Kindergarteners showcased their reading and writing talents. Mrs. Arner, principal of East Forest School, read a story, and the book fair was open to all with a BOGO offer.

The Marienville Area Library, the Titusville Regional Literacy Council, and the Forest/Warren Systems of Care displayed information about their services and programs.

Snacks were served throughout the evening’s events.
