State Police Calls: Man Threatens Woman with Knife, Criminal Mischief, Assault

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police investigated the following calls:

Woman Threatened with Knife

Around 11:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 8, state police say a 28-year-old woman was allegedly threatened with a knife and shoved by her boyfriend, a 54-year-old man, at a Callensburg residence in the 200 block of Main Street.

No other information was released.

Heavy Drinking Leads to Assault

According to police, an assault occurred on April 4 in the 1000 block of Huckleberry Ridge Road in Knox.

A known man and a known woman were both intoxicated when he shoved her over a lamp and end table. The woman suffered major bruising.

The name of the accused was not provided.

No other information was released.

Criminal Mischief at PennDot Shed

Sometime between March 30 and April 11, a large plastic tank was damaged at the PennDot maintenance shed located off Interstate 80 at mile marker 56.
