CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — The preliminary hearing for a man facing multiple charges after striking a Clarion Borough police car during an April 1 chase has been waived.

According to court documents, criminal charges against 23-year-old Braden D. Flinspach, of Mercer, has been transferred to Clarion County Court of Common Pleas.

He faces the following charges:
