According to police, around 11:10 on April 26, a 2013 Volkswagen Golf, driven by 21-year-old Andre M. Scott, of Warren, had a front tire blow out. The vehicle stopped abruptly causing injury to Scott.

He was transported to UPMC Presbyterian-Pittsburgh for injuries of unknown severity.
