State Police Seeking Information on Theft of Log Splitter in Scrubgrass Township

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say a theft occurred on Lisbon Road, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to police, sometime between 4:00 p.m. on May 14 and 7:30 p.m. on May 19, an unknown perpetrator(s) removed a log splitter from 998 Lisbon Road, in Scrubgrass Township.

The log splitter is a 22 ton yard machine with a red hydraulic cylinder. It has a 6 HP Briggs and Stratton motor. The initials KG and JH are stamped on the end of the rear plate.

The victims are a 51-year-old man and a 46-year-old man, both of Kennerdell.
