CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Severe weather is forecasted for Clarion County and surrounding areas.

The National Weather Service of Pittsburgh issued the following Flash Flood Warning at 4:46 p.m. on Sunday, May 28, 2017:

Central Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania…

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 445 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. 2 t 3 inches of rain have already fallen in some areas. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include…

Clarion, Knox, Strattanville, Shippenville, Fryburg, Fisher and Leeper.

This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 54 and 67.
