CLARION, Pa. — The YMCA has announced a Summer Water Aerobics Class for adults of all ages.

Water aerobics is easy on the joints and offers all the benefits of a cardiovascular workout. Classes are held in the shallow end of the pool. Swimming ability is not required.

Water Aerobics will be offered at the Clarion Borough Swimming Pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. beginning June 20 and ending August 17.

Water Aerobics will be free for SilverSneakers and UPMC Silver & Fit members. For others, the full summer session will cost $30.00 for members and $60.00 for non-members. Anyone may join a class for $5.00.
