State Police Calls: Wife Punches, Pushes Husband; Police Seeking Walmart Shoplifters

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Domestic Assault in Knox

Around 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 11, state police were called to a Knox residence on Route 338 for a report of a 32-year-old woman who punched and pushed her husband, a 36-year-old man.

The woman was cited for harassment.

The investigation will continue pending court proceedings.

The name of the accused was not released.

No other information was provided.

Police Seeking Information on Walmart Shoplifters

A retail theft occurred sometime between 4:50 a.m. and 5:10 a.m. on Saturday, June 10, from Walmart in Monroe Township.

Two men were seen taking merchandise. Video surveillance recorded the incident.

No specific information was released on the items stolen.
