State Police Calls: Truck Rolls into Police Cruiser; Fight on Route 66

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following incidents.

Disorderly conduct

State Police Tpr. Beilman reported responding to a fight in the middle of the road on Route 66 in Lucinda June 17.

Two individuals, whose names were not released, were cited with disorderly conduct.

Vehicle rolls into state trooper’s cruiser

During a traffic stop Monday in Beaver Township on Interstate 80 West, Tpr. Jonathan Miles pulled over Jeremy Riley, 31, of Bunker Hill, West Va., who was driving a 2006 Ford F750.

Both vehicles were on the north berm and Tpr. Miles had exited his 2015 Ford Explorer when he noticed the F750 rolling back toward his unit.

Miles returned to the Explorer and tried to back away from the F750 but was unable to as the rear end of the truck hit the front of the Explorer.

No injuries were reported.

Clarion man accused of harassment

Police say Dustin Lee Neyman, 22, of Clarion, allegedly threatened a 26-year-old Seneca woman during an incident Sunday, June 18, at a Clarion Township location.

Charges were filed in District Court.
