State Police Searching for Missing Seneca Man

SENECA, Pa. (EYT) — The Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a Seneca man who went missing on June 28.

William John Ward, 33, was last seen on June 28 in the area of Steadman Road in Steuben Township, Crawford County.

Authorities believe Ward was traveling on foot to the Titusville Walmart where he was expected to meet his mother for a ride.

“Information available indicates he never arrived at Walmart,” said Corry-based State Police Tpr. Brenot in a release issued Friday.

Ward is 5’10″, weighs 160 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a dark gray t-shirt, blue jeans, heavy wool socks, and carrying a camouflage backpack. He was not wearing shoes.

He has a blue and green tribal tattoo on his right upper bicep and another tattoo on his left wrist believed to display the date of 7-3-14.

Ward’s family reported him missing on June 29. According to the family, Ward has an existing medical condition and is without his medication.
