State Police Release Sexually Violent Predator Notice in Clarion

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Pennsylvania State Police have released a Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sexually violent predator has reported an address in Clarion Borough.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, 41-year-old Thomas Eugene McIlvaine has reported a primary and an alternate residence in Clarion Borough.

Primary Address: 103 South 7th Avenue, Apartment 4, Clarion, Pa.

Alternate Address: 82 South 5th Avenue, Apartment 3, Clarion, Pa.

No employment address was listed.

McIlvaine is white, 6’1″ tall, 175 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

He has the following tattoos:

– Dragon — arm, left, upper
– Skull Mask — arm, right, upper

According to Pennsylvania State Police, McIlvaine has the following criminal history:

– Indecent Assault, Conviction Date: August 30, 2002
– Indecent Assault, Conviction Date: December 13, 2006
– Indecent Assault, Conviction Date: July 6, 2016 (victim was a minor)

According to Megan’s Law website, Thomas McIlvaine has the following aliases:

– Thomas Eugune McIlvanine
– Thomas McIvaine

McIlvaine’s registration date began May 3, 2017.

It was last updated on July 10, 2017.

He is NOT wanted by the police.
