FRYBURG, Pa. (EYT) – Chelsea’s Hair House is up and running again after avoiding disaster in April when a pickup truck crashed into the building that houses the downtown Fryburg business.
“We opened last month, and things have been going really good,” said owner Chelsea Carbaugh.
Carbaugh was standing on the sidewalk in front of the business on April 8 when the accident happened.
