Free Exercise Classes Offered at the YMCA through July 31

CLARION, Pa. — The Clarion County YMCA is offering free group exercise classes July 22 through July 31.

Classes are open to the community and require no pre-registration. The following classes are included in the free promotion:

SUNRISE YOGA

ZUMBA

AB BLAST

BODY BLAST

4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CIRCUIT BLAST
Wednesday
4:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

CORE & MORE

YOGA—Evening

Group exercise programs are the perfect way to get fit, stay healthy, and create lasting friendships. The Clarion County YMCA offers 14 fun classes. They are staffed by dedicated, experienced instructors and are sure to deliver a great workout. All classes are easily adapted for beginners, intermediate, or advanced levels of fitness.

Hours

The Clarion County YMCA hours are Weekdays 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Clarion County YMCA is closed on Sundays during the summer.
