Donna J. Stright, 85, of Franklin passed away on August, 1st at The Caring Place at 6:50 am surrounded by her family.

Born on July 26, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Domer L. and Josephine I. Kelly Baker.

She married Lewis K. Stright on June 27, 1952.

Donna worked at Bartholomew’s Drug Store for 18 years. She also worked at the Polk Center pharmacy for 25 years, retiring in 1992.

She enjoyed to bowl, play bingo, travel and shop.

She is survived by her sister Gladys Ghering and husband Lewis of Franklin; her niece, Susan Phillips of Franklin and her nephew Lynn Stright and wife Diane of Ashtabula, OH.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis K. Stright; infant daughters Lisa Louise and Kimberly Jo Stright; and brothers-in-law Reed Stright and his wife Mary and Gerald Stright.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of one’s choice.

A Memorial Service for Donna will be held at The Caring Place, Franklin, PA to be announced at a later date.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin.

Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
