Parker Lee DeLoe, the infant son of Amanda J. Tebay and Keith A. DeLoe, of Franklin, died shortly after his birth on Thursday, August 10, 2017, at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Parker is survived by a brother, Seth DeLoe, and a sister, McKenzie DeLoe; his maternal grandmother, Rose Tebay of Seneca; maternal grandfather, Jeffrey Tebay of Rocky Grove; paternal grandmother, Shirley DeLoe of Knox; and his maternal great-grandmother, Janice Roxberry of Butler.

Also surviving are four uncles, Robet DeLoe, Daniel DeLoe, Jeffrey Tebay Jr., and John Meehan; and an aunt, Jessica Tebay.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Terry L. DeLoe.

A private graveside service and interment will be held in the Brick Church Cemetery in Salem Township, Clarion County.
