The event makes its return to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park, located on the campus of nationally renowned Penn State University across the street from storied Beaver Stadium.

“We are proud to once again host the NYPL All-Star Game and showcase the best of what Central PA has to offer,” said Spikes General Manager Scott Walker. “We are looking forward to working together with all of the members of our Central PA community to put together an extravaganza that will bring people from across our region and the baseball world together for a one-of-a-kind experience.”

The All-Star Game is the second to be held at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park. The Spikes also hosted the NYPL’s 2009 Midsummer Classic in Central PA.

Medlar Field at Lubrano Park serves as the home of the Spikes and Penn State Baseball and hosts over 100 events annually. The ballpark also serves as a community meeting place with many charitable endeavors highlighting the schedule.

In keeping with that spirit of community involvement, preparations are underway for several events that will bring the community together as part of the All-Star extravaganza.

Ticket information for the All-Star Game will be announced at a later date. The Spikes will also soon be announcing information regarding sponsorship opportunities for area businesses.
