‘Erratic Driver’ Arrested for Suspected DUI After Driving Car into Ditch

CLINTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A 61-year-old woman was arrested after she drove her car into a ditch during an attempted traffic stop in Clinton Township.

At 6:45 p.m., Friday, September 1, Emlenton Borough and State Police responded to a report of an erratic driver om Eau Claire Road in Clinton Township, Venango County.

When Emlenton Officer Detrick turned on his lights, Susan Carol Kasunick, 61, of Pittsburgh veered into a ditch.

During the traffic stop, she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.

She refused to give a blood sample, according to police.

Charges will be filed at District Judge Patrick Lowrey’s office.
