This collection occurred during the week of September 4.

Containers were placed in the classrooms for the week which allowed students and staff to donate cash.

On Friday, September 15, the Culinary Arts students held an Ice Cream Sundae Event and charged those who wanted a sweet treat $5.00, with proceeds going toward the hurricane relief fund after covering the cost of the supplies.

The total amount collected to be donated to the Hurrican Harvey Relief Effort was $,1000.00.
