MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Clarion have released details on a Wednesday afternoon rollover crash that shut down a portion of Interstate 80 and stymied area traffic for several hours.
Edward J. Clouse, 64, of Butler, was traveling west on Interstate 80 around 2:56 p.m. in the area of mile marker 61.3 when his 2000 Ford F-250 traveled onto the right berm.
