Sunoco is hiring a convenience store manager for their location in Sligo.

Store Managers are responsible for the complete operation of a convenience store and Subway facility.

Managers are required to work 50 hours a week and must be capable of succeeding in an on-call environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, selecting, and training store personnel.
• Inventory Management and ordering
• Managing Cost of Goods and Profit margin with an eligible Bonus if meet required profit margins.
• Inventory and cash loss control
• Daily sales reporting and banking
• Management of Subway area

Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, basic finance principles
• Good email and computer skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-year experience in retail business management.
