State Police Calls: Felon with Firearms, DUI, Theft

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Felon Not to Possess Firearm Incident, Clarion Township

State police say around 1:24 a.m. on October 14, 28-year-old Casey Eugene Strawcutter, of Clarion, was stopped for a traffic violation on the 300 block of South 5th Avenue in Clarion Township.

He was allegedly found to be in possession of a firearm. He is listed as a felon, not to possess a firearm.

No other information was provided.

DUI Arrest in Knox Borough

Around 1:06 a.m. on October 15, a known, 49-year-old Knox woman was stopped for a summary traffic violation.

After speaking with the woman, it was discovered that she was under the influence of alcohol.

DUI charges are pending blood results.

The name of the woman was not released.

Theft in Sligo

Police say a theft occurred on October 8 on the 13000 block of Route 68 in Sligo.

Two trail cameras were stolen out of the woods near the above-described location by an unknown perpetrator.

The cameras were worth $70.00 and have not been recovered.
