Weber Plays Crucial Role in Clarion’s First KSAC Title in School’s History
KNOX, Pa. (EYT) – Frank Weber, the lone senior on the Clarion Cross Country squad, played the critical scoring role of the classic cross-country “Fifth Man” in Clarion’s first KSAC title in school history.
Weber was the eighth fastest varsity runner in the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference championship and the fifth runner on Clarion’s winning team at the championships at Keystone High School October 20, 2017.
Congratulating Weber, as he held the KSAC Team plaque to be displayed in Clarion Area High School this year, are parents Krista and Lee Weber of Shippenville, Pa.
Weber will assist the Bobcats on Saturday, October 28, at the District 9 Championships at Ridgway with Bobcat team qualification hopes of an appearance at the State Championships in Hershey.
Congratulations to the Bobcats on their winning season.
