This award was presented to Clarion Forest VNA, Inc. due to their exceptionally dedicated safety committee within the organization. Over the last two years, the amount of worker’s compensation claims has decreased significantly, and the agency has overall created a safer workplace for its staff.

According to Jonathan Accardi, Risk Management Services AVP, AVI Risk Services, Clarion Forest VNA, Inc. is “very proactive with their safety and loss control and [is] committed to their return-to-work program.”

The Pennsylvania Homecare and Human Services Workers’ Compensation Trust Fund was established in 2006 in response to members of Pennsylvania Homecare Association having a significant concern for the amount of claims in homecare each year in the state of Pennsylvania.

Healthcare is one of the leading industries for work-related injuries, and it is the goal of Clarion Forest VNA, Inc. to not only provide quality patient care but to provide a safe working environment for their staff.
