Clarion County YMCA Rose Sale Ongoing Through November 3

CLARION, Pa. — The Clarion County YMCA has kicked off a new Rose Sale fundraiser. Roses are on sale at the YMCA for $19.00 a dozen with all proceeds benefitting YMCA youth programs and services.

This is a first time sale for the Clarion County YMCA, but they hope to make it an annual fundraiser if it is well-received. The sale is an extension of the Oil City YMCA Annual Rose Sale.

“The roses are premium quality,” said CEO Tom Spence. “They are bought in bulk with the help of a local florist. Staff and volunteers package the roses in white floral boxes, and we deliver them to the YMCA the next day.”

Orders for roses will be taken at the YMCA Member Service Desk or by phone at 814-764-3400. Roses will be delivered twice to the YMCA on Friday, November 17, for pick-up at either 12:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.

For more information, please call the Clarion County YMCA at 814-764-3400.
