Carl R. Morrow

Carl R. Morrow, 93, of Polk, passed away on October 25, 2017, at 2:55 pm at UPMC Northwest.

Born on August 4th, 1924 in Erie, PA, he was the son of Harry J. and Bessie L. (Fisher) Morrow.

Carl was a member of the Polk Presbyterian Church.

He enjoyed his visits to the Main Street Market in Polk.

He was a member of the NRA, a lifetime member of the Elks club, BPOE 110 and was a Master Mason from the Myrtle Lodge #316.

Carl worked for Chicago Pneumatic Tool until his retirement.

He then started his own business, Air Technology & Supply Inc. selling and repairing air compressors which he enjoyed doing.

Survivors include his daughters Dixie Morrow of Polk and Brenda Boitnott (Don) of Stoneboro; his sons Rodney Morrow (Darhla) of Jackson Center and Preston Morrow of Polk; his grandchildren Jonathan Morrow (Toni) of Pittsburgh, Erin Perman (Justin) of Okeechobee, FL; Samuel Morrow (Nicole) of Bentonville, AR; Jerome Boland (Susan) of Lake Latonka; Jason Boland (Ann) of Grove City; Andy Boland (Amy) of Polk; Curtis R. Morrow (Sarah) of Polk and April Morrow of Ribera, NM; his step-grandchildren Aaron Bright of Bentonville, AR; Rita Beeler of Mercer; Heidi Boitnott (Dee) of Polk; Heather Cochran (Scott) of Paulsboro, WA; his great-grandchildren Logan, Zachery and Samuel Morrow of Bentonville, AR; Noah Boland (Kylee); Megan Boland; Mason Boland; Zach Boland; Abby Boland; Noah R. Morrow and Zoey Grace Morrow; his step-great-grandchildren Mariah Beeler of Mercer, Tyler Beeler of Cranberry and Hannah, Paige and Eli Cochran and his great-great-granddaughter Elena. He is further survived by his brother Percy Morrow of Topeka, IN; his sisters Martha Sherman of Albion and Ruth Burt Cornwell of McCalla, AL, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers John, Edward and Duane Ronald Morrow; his daughter-in-law Joyce and his brothers-in-law George Burt and Larry Johnston.

The family has requested memorial contributions to be sent to the Polk Presbyterian Church, 729 Main Street, Polk, PA 16342 and Polk Volunteer Fire Department, 710 Main Street, Polk PA 16342.
