Ford, Chrysler Reopening in Renovated Old BiLo Building

CLARION, Pa. – Clarion Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram formally announced Monday afternoon it will open a new dealership 1305 East Main St., the site of the former BiLo Supermarket.

The new “state-of-the-art” dealership will open for business Monday, Nov. 20, just down the street from the former homes of the Ford and Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram buildings.

“The ‘Power of Two’ will now have a physical location with more than six acres and a 50 car indoor showroom, making it one of the largest multi-line dealerships in North Central Pennsylvania,”  Tracie Morris Kriebel.

The new dealership is possible because of a local family in the business for 30 years, John Morris and his two children, Tracie and John J.

Kriebel says the Morris family made a major investment in the community — one that will boost the local economy.  Several new employees have already been hired and more are planned, according to Kriebel.

The 52,000 square foot building and former BiLo Supermarket has been completely renovated and now features a drive-in building service department.  Plenty of space  is available for the display of cars for sale, both inside and outside.

The Morris family also plans continued improvements, building on the practices that have already won multiple awards of customer service from Ford and Chrysler.

Future plans for the leased building housing the current Ford dealership are uncertain, but the Chrysler building is now for sale.
