Amish Buggy vs. Car Collision on Route 157

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police say a two-vehicle accident occurred on Sunday night on State Route 157, in Washington Township, Clarion County.

According to Marienville-based State Police, around 10:17 p.m. on November 19, an Amish buggy was traveling on Wilson Road, heading to Route 157. The roadway was snow- and ice-covered. The operator of the buggy failed to stop at the stop sign when turning left onto Route 157, and the buggy struck a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu.

No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

The names of the individuals involved were not released.
