CLARION, Pa. — The Clarion Blueprint Community Committee will sponsor a free holiday concert at Hart Chapel on the Clarion University Campus on December 9.

The event will begin at 7:00 p.m.

It will feature local musicians Lauren Skelley and Lauren Snyder, both past winners of Franklin Taste of Talent, and American Idol contestant Isaac Cole.

The concert will feature a mix of traditional and popular holiday songs and is designed to bring the community together in a joyful celebration of the season.

Concert-goers are encouraged to patronize a local business or restaurant before or after the show.

Concert chairwoman and Blueprint Committee member, Brenda Sanders-Dede said, “We wanted to give people a reason to come out on a Saturday night and encourage them to support local artists and businesses”.

The concert is free to the public, though donations are being accepted at the door to help fund future community concerts.
