HARRISBURG, Pa. — With many Pennsylvanians set to experience winter weather in the coming days, the Wolf Administration is encouraging motorists to ensure that they’re prepared for winter driving and reminded them of resources available to them.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) recently answered some of the public’s frequently asked winter questions in a blog post and the department’s operations are also explained in a video.
