State Police Respond to Two-Vehicle Crash on Old Route 157

PINEGROVE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police say a two-vehicle accident occurred on Thursday morning on Old Route 157, in Pinegrove Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 9:34 a.m. on December 14, 30-year-old Shane J. O’Neil, of Franklin, and 43-year-old Kimberly A. Goodman, of Oil City, were involved in the collision.

Police say O’Neil, traveling in a 1998 Ford Contour, was attempting to enter Old Route 157 from Smith Lane and pulled out in front of a 2013 Cadillac Escalade, driven by Goodman, who was traveling west on Old Route 157.

The vehicles collided and stopped on Old Route 157.

Both drivers were using seat belts, and no injuries were reported.

According to police, O’Neil received a written warning.
