SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (D9Sports) — Defending District 9 Class 1A Champion North Clarion checks in as the No. 1 team in the inaugural Allegheny Grille of Foxburg D9Sports.com District 9 Girls’ Basketball Power Ratings for the 2018 season.

Despite replacing three starters, the She-Wolves are a perfect 10-0 at the season’s midpoint and are just one of two District 9 teams still unbeaten.
The other unbeaten squad, Otto-Eldred (7-0), checks in at No. 3 behind only North Clarion and Kane (7-1), whose only loss was to North Clarion. Coudersport (7-2) is No. 4 followed by Punxsutawney (4-5) at No. 5.
In all, there are 15 teams in this week’s rating.
