Beebe, an assistant coach for BC3 last year takes over for Roni Mall, who announced her retirement. Last year, Mall and Beebe helped the Pioneers win the Western Pennsylvania Athletic Association and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Regional Championships.

The 2016 D9Sports.com District 9 Softball Manager of the Year after helping Moniteau to the District 9 Class 2A title and a runner-up finish in the PIAA that season, Bebee resigned as the Lady Warriors manager in July of that year after the Moniteau School Board took no action on his job, which had been opened up, at the July board meeting when other spring sports coaches were hired. He had been the head coach at Moniteau for six years after serving three years as the assistant coach. His teams won four District 9 titles while he served as head coach, and he went 109-20.
