Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint filed by Clarion-based State Police, Clarion County Children and Youth Services (CYS) contacted State Police on November 22 advising they had received a phone call from a known woman who stated that Johnny Pennington had propositioned her to perform oral sex on a 7-year-old boy while he watched.

The known woman stated that Pennington sent her a snap chat message detailing what he wanted to watch her do and that the thought of it brought him sexual pleasure.

The known woman showed police a screenshot of the snap chat message from Pennington. The known woman stated that “she knew without a doubt that the message came from him.”

Police viewed the message that was sent, and it was confirmed that Pennington asked the known woman to perform a sexual act on “(a juvenile boy) and that he would get pleasure from watching.”
