RBG is eagerly seeking a kitchen manager/chef and several line cooks. Applications are available at the front desk at the Park Inn by Radisson in Clarion.
Some of the responsibilities could include:
- Manages the kitchen operation in a profitable manner which ensures high quality food for all customers.
- Supervises preparation, plating and serving of food.
- Will be expected to work during peak times (evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Select, schedule, and train food staff
- Order & maintain inventory
- Create and oversee all menus
- Responsible for controlling food costs
- Responsible for monthly food inventories
Rate of pay will depend on the level of experience.
Qualified applicants must pass a background check before date of hire.
