CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police responded to the following incidents.
Harassment in Rimersburg
State Police responded to an incident of harassment on Monday, January 29, around 11:00 p.m.
Police said a known 50-year-old Pittsburgh man allegedly pushed and threatened the unnamed victims at a Monterey Road residence.
It was discovered that the suspect had active warrants in Allegheny County. He was lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
DUI in Eau Claire
A known 21-year-old Eau Claire woman was stopped for summary traffic violations on February 1 around 1:08 a.m. at the intersection of SR-58 and SR-38 in Eau Claire Borough.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that she was in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
DUI charges are pending BAC test results.
