If you have a hard time avoiding snacking or munchies, try this: MOUTHWASH! Many people can’t stand to eat or drink anything after a minty fresh rinse. So, when you’re feeling those cravings, have some little bottles of mouthwash handy to pop up a MINTY BLOCKADE!
