MARIENVILLE, Pa. (D9Sports) — On Cancer Awareness Night at East Forest High School, Cranberry got 24 points, 10 rebounds, four steals and four assists in a 52-14 win over Forest Area.

But the night was more about the school’s coming together to raise money for the Relay for Life of Forest County than the basketball itself, which was a late-season KSAC North matchup.

Ava Ferringer chipped in nine points for Cranberry in the win with Hannah Duncan adding five points and seven rebounds.

Bianca Hetrick led Forest Area with four points.
