Tioga County Fugitive Apprehended in Clarion County

CLARION CO., Pa. — Clarion County Sheriff’s Deputies in Clarion apprehended a man wanted on an outstanding warrant in Tioga County.

Brandon Michael Clemens, 22, of Wellsboro, was taken into custody and placed in the Clarion County Jail on an active warrant.

Court documents indicate that the Wellsboro Borough Police Department, in Tioga County, filed criminal charges against Clemens on Monday, February 5. He is facing charges of second-degree felony Aggravated Assault, second-degree misdemeanor Simple Assault, second-degree misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment, and summary Harassment — Subject Other to Physical Contact.

He was lodged in the Clarion County Jail, awaiting extradition to Tioga County.
