State Police Calls: Criminal Mischief, Bad Checks

CLARION/FOREST CO., Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Criminal Mischief — Washington Township, Clarion County

On February 24, PSP-Marienville investigated an incident where an unknown perpetrator(s) poured sand into the gas tank of a truck on Marble-Strobleton Road, in Lucinda, Washington Township.

The incident occurred sometime between 12:01 a.m. on February 9 and 12:00 p.m. on February 23.

The victim is a known, 45-year-old man.

Bad Checks — Tionesta Borough, Forest County

A known female suspect wrote a bad check to a business located on Elm Street in Tionesta Borough.

The incident occurred around 12:00 p.m. on September 14, 2017.

The investigation is ongoing.

The name of the suspect was not released.
