State Police Calls: Incidents of Harassment, Theft

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Paint Township

According to police, sometime between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on January 13, an incident of harassment occurred at a location on State Route 322 in Paint Township.

The incident involves a 61-year-old man and a six-year-old female.

Police say disciplinary actions occurred because the child was not following directions.

The name of the man was not released.

No further details were provided.

Mailbox Theft on Tippecanoe Road

Police say known suspects stole a man’s mailbox on Tippecanoe Road.

The incident occurred sometime between Monday, February 19, and Tuesday, February 20.

The investigation is ongoing.

The names of the suspects were not released.

Harassment in Emlenton

Around 9:22 a.m. on Monday, February 26, police responded to a residence on Brick Church Road in Emlenton for a reported disturbance.

An officer arrived on scene and spoke with the female victim who stated that 44-year-old Brian James Miller, of Emlenton, had been arguing with her and that he shoved her during the argument.

Miller was charged with harassment.
