BARKEYVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A tractor-trailer crash occurred Monday afternoon on Interstate 80 in Barkeyville.

According to Franklin-based State Police, the accident happened on I-80 near the 28-mile marker east of the eastbound off-ramp.

Police say a 2005 Honda Pilot was disabled in the left lane when a 2001 Volvo tractor-trailer approached. The driver of the tractor-trailer — 42-year-old Mikhail Gergalo of Tacoma, Wa.- lost control of the vehicle, which traveled into the median and overturned.

Gergalo was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured.
