Clarion State Police Continue Search for Man Wanted on Federal Warrant

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police continue to search for an area man who is wanted on a federal felony arrest warrant.

A release issued Thursday said authorities are searching for 29-year-old Emmett Andrew Freshcorn.

Freshcorn’s last known address is Cranberry, Venango County.

On November 21, 2017, Freshcorn pleaded guilty to five summary counts of animal cruelty. He paid $654.50 in fines.

Clarion-based State Police filed the charges against Freshcorn on August 21, 2017, after he failed to provide food and water to animals on his Ashland Township farm.

Additionally, a published article on 1011now.com, in May of 2017, indicates Freshcorn was stopped for a traffic violation on Interstate 80 in Lancaster County, Nebraska. A brick of heroin, a bag of marijuana, hash oil, and 10 “hits” of LSD were found in his vehicle.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Freshcorn is asked to call PSP Clarion at 814-226-1710.
