HALL COUNTY, GA — Officials from Hall County, Georgia, say the timing was key in the recovery of $100,000 worth of jewelry accidentally thrown away by a local woman.

After a local woman reported $100,000 worth of jewelry had accidentally been thrown away and carried off by garbage collectors, a team of five employees worked to sift through the hauled trash for several hours before finally finding the lost jewelry.
