FLORIDA — A Florida man was shocked to be reunited with his cat 14 years after it went missing in the aftermath of a hurricane.

The man said he and his cat, T2, reconnected quickly, and T2 has been regaining his strength after whatever he faced that left him in the rough condition he was found in.
