Details of the case:

According to a criminal complaint filed on October 31, the investigation began after Clarion-based State Police received a report of alleged unlawful contact between Silvis and a 14-year-old girl.

The victim told police she received lewd Facebook messages from Silvis on March 5. She said that she began receiving the messages after she attended a function with Silvis and his girlfriend earlier that day, the complaint stated.

According to the complaint, the victim told police that Silvis asked her “if she would ever do anything sexual and then asked how old she was.”

At this point, the victim told Silvis she was 14-years-old.

Silvis then asked her to send naked pictures of herself to him. When the victim declined, Silvis allegedly sent her a picture of his penis, according to the complaint.
