Man Injured in Suspected DUI-Related Rollover Crash on Miola Road

HIGHLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police say a man was injured in a suspected DUI-related crash early Sunday morning.

According to Clarion-based State Police, around 2:35 a.m. on Sunday, April 1, 23-year-old Joshua K. Wentzel, of Natrona Heights, was operating a 2015 Mazda 6, traveling south on Miola Road just south of Bigley Road in Highland Township, Clarion County. The vehicle left the roadway on the east side, climbed a hill, and rolled onto the roof. The vehicle then slid back onto the road where it came to a final rest.

Wentzel suffered injuries of unknown severity and was transported to Clarion Hospital.

He was using a seat belt.

According to police, Wentzel will be charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/or Controlled Substance.
