State Police Calls: Woman Found Dead in Toby Township

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Clarion-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Death Investigation in Toby Township

According to police, an investigation is being conducted into the death of a known 24-year-old female found at her residence in Toby Township, Clarion County.

The victim was found deceased at her residence by another resident of the home. Numerous items of drug paraphernalia were located and seized at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.

Harassment in New Bethlehem

Police say around 8:57 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, Franklin James Sonner and Misty Lynn Bracken, both of New Bethlehem, engaged in a domestic dispute and physical contact was made between them.

The incident occurred at a location on Penn Street, in New Bethlehem.

Both individuals are being charged with Harassment.
