CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police released the results of a recent checkpoint/DUI patrol.
A DUI checkpoint/DUI patrol was conducted in Clarion County between 10:00 p.m. on April 14 and 3:00 a.m. on April 15.
Troopers from PSP Marienville and PSP Clarion participated in this checkpoint, and sixty vehicles were stopped.
Of those contacts, the following results were reported:
– Three DUI arrests were made;
– 15 traffic citations were issued; and
– Eight warnings were issued.
Also, one of the contacts resulted in marijuana being removed from a vehicle, and drug charges are pending.
Authorities did not release the identities of the individuals arrested on DUI charges.
